Tonino's Pizzeria - Hamden

My family and I frequently order from this restaurant, and we've consistently had great experiences. Every employee I've interacted with, along with all the delivery drivers, has been incredibly friendly and considerate. Every item on the menu is absolutely delicious, and they actually remember any specific requests you make for your order the next time! It’s these small details that set Tonino’s apart from other restaurants in Hamden. Honestly, if there were no other restaurants around, I wouldn’t mind as long as Tonino’s was still offering delivery. Show some love to this place – they genuinely care about hospitality in a way that’s truly special. It’s an amazing dining experience. I highly recommend the steak and cheese; it’s absolutely the best!

I only recently came across this hidden gem! On my first visit, I had a bacon and onion pizza, and it was amazing. The bacon was perfectly crispy, not soggy at all, and the crust was crunchy without being burnt. Tonight, I tried the chicken parmesan sub with vodka sauce, and it delighted my taste buds! The staff was friendly, and I will definitely be coming back!

The pizza is consistently hot, the delivery is quick, and over the past 30 years, we've tried nearly everything on the menu, all of which has been delicious.

Hey everyone! I ordered takeout yesterday afternoon, and I had the Antipasto Salad and the Sausage Cheese Stuffed Bread. The food was absolutely fantastic, as always! I'm consistently impressed by how fresh all of your ingredients taste and look. It was 95 degrees outside, probably around 125 in your little kitchen, yet you didn't miss a beat! Keep up the great work, please. I love having you in the neighborhood!

We really enjoy Tonino's. Our favorites are the house special pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs. We also love their subs and pasta dishes. The salads are excellent as well!
