Trattoria da Enzo - Hamburg

We celebrated my birthday here on the 15th august. always a great place for a visit! Actually it is a piece of rom in the middle of hamburg. do not expect high-noise and high-end behavior

Really good eating, but the waiter was pretty stubborn, we order everything at once and quickly - because they were sold out! at least they were honest and everything was done to ensure the best possible eating. then the bill came. a little too much for a little too little.

In the wexstraße in the center of hamburg you will find some nice restaurants. my favorite restaurant there is the "trattoria da enzo". beautifully prepared real Italian eating to reasonable trips, cozy location, perfect friendly service, good wine selection. yesterday had a beautiful stone butt with a perfect light sauce. you can't find it anywhere else! without prior reservation not to get table. that says a lot.

There is no menu, the waiter asks small or large nudel appetizers or antipasti, and whether we want fish, meat or vegetarian main dishes. the truffle paste appetizer was a dream and both enjoyed the main fish dish very much, although we still have no idea what kind of fish it is! 105 € for two persons, for two courses and two glasses each prosecco. it is worth it!

Although eating was in order, the served prosecco was flat and lukewarm. the personal did not take it well when we made a note. no place to which we will return so quickly. do not make themselves effort to come here, go better over the street where they experience a much warmer hospitality in the 'la chance'.
