Sushi Circle - Hamburg

Terrible situation in Homburg Sushi Circle They take me for mistake TWO TIMES the money for dinner from my MASTERCARD.(in the first operation the POS terminal paper was finished so i don't have the receive). I tell them immediately the situation, and for first...they don't believe me but after i show them my Phone transations from my bank app they tell me to fix it the day after calling their bank. It NEVER happened. For more, i don't have the first transition receive (paper finished) and i don't have a normal receive cause the employer made a mistake in beverage addictions...so she shows me the amount in a calculator... I believed them in honesty...and now i'm feeling ripped off

Went there one evening with my stepson. Good atmosphere. The sushi is fine but the point is that they have this 'all you can eat' deal with makes it very attractive

This is my third time there and the quality has gotten better. They've changed the rise to the better I my opinion. Regarding the service there was nothing that I felt missing

I was excited to be having my favourite sushi. The lunchtime menu offered three choices and I chose the middle range of six plates and miso soup for The variety offered was reasonable enough, and the first couple of dishes were fine, however the...next lot that came around, something didn't seem right with the rice. The rice was quite mushy, not plump grains as you would normally expect. The miso soup was pretty tasteless, I think it had been well-watered down. Something was definitely not right with food here, most of it came out in the toilet within half an hour of finishing my meal. I had major IBS discomfort type symptoms. All in all, not a good experience. There is another Sushi Circle restaurant in the Karstadt department store. It is much smaller but I have never had any issues with the quality of the food there, or of feeling ill afterwards

I know people who are always very excited to go to this place because of all-you-can-eat concept. The atmosphere is ok, service is ok but sushi is just not that good. Saying that poor quality is justified by unlimited quantity just doesn't make sense to...me why would you want unlimited quantity of not very good food?.
