Slowman - Hamburg

The concept of this restaurant is so clear as it named, slow. Nowadays to provide a regional ingredient which the Creme de la Creme is quite difficult but they do. best for our health, stomach and nature. high recommended one if you are in hamburg

The breakfast in the slovman is rich, egg dishes are prepared on request. in the evening a fantastic, though small card attracts the dinner. we had the 4 go menu and were very satisfied. it is used bioproducts, it costs a little more, but you also taste. the service was very friendly. In addition, we had a special wish and the cook informed us personally why he used certain flavors and others did not. very accommodating.

For a lunch in a restaurant of an international and traditional hotel is shameful that the lunch menu is limited to 1 main dish.

Wonderful "eveningle favourite menu" in the great ambiente of the city restaurants in the hotel reishof with live swing music from dennis durant. very good matching weine, good service, good price ratio. we'll be back on a Sunday.

We had the 4 go menu with the smoothbutt, I mean man with the smoky noodles and the ratatoullie. the potato supplement was delicious but the semmelknödel were excellent! the appetizer (rapunzelsalat) was the best. on Saturday, we were allowed to take a look into the flasheblanke kitchen. the service, the cook etc were all supernett and tried. that are not all so stiff there, we liked very well. we will eat there again!
