Once they get it right with service and attention, it would be a top restaurant.
My wife and I visit hamburg at least once a year. we always make a point on the isemarkt on Tuesday or Friday in the eppendorf area of the city. the market is wonderful and the high point of the day after...exhaust us at the market is to go to the savory bistro at the north end of the market on high all. warm and cozy. only the place to come from the cold to have a cup of coffee with a delicious baked or one of its fine desserts. we were there at least three different paintings without problems with service or quality of what we ordered. m. greg miller millersville. pennsylvania, usa
Eating was ok nothing special, best dish the breakfast option with obst. coffe came too late and in total everything took very long to get to the table. we only have 2 rolls with the Elephant leg plate there is no wind table. or any kind of facilities for changing children, so it is not a family-friendly place! they have beautiful chairs in the free
More comfortable place. the place was full, but they managed to give us a table. Eating is good, but not excellent. the crumbs were quite muddy in my tomato soup when it came to me.
Went looking for an all day breakfast restaurant and found this one. It looked cozy and nice but unfortunately that’s where the good points end. The service was terrible, I felt like I was ignored the whole time. Tables around me were being served and...getting food but no one came near me. When I finally did manage to order I had scrambled eggs with with nordseekrabben. While it was reasonably good, it was way overpriced for what came on the plate. Seems though that the waitress wasn’t in any hurry still and though I had asked for the bill and then started subtly putting on my jacket I had to ask again before I finally was able to pay and leave. The whole experience was unpleasant and I won’t be going back.
