Oechsle Restaurant Weinbar - Hamburg

Very pleasant service, the prices of the wine card that I really don't want to mention, otherwise those might go high. so really very good price-performance ratio on the wine map: the maronensuppe was a dream, the Wienerschnitzel itself also, the kartoffelsalat (I hoped that Swabian mode the used kartoffel was not quite solid enough, and would have been a little sour.

We travel from the Rhineland to experience oper, art in hamburg. the oechsle is one of our favorite restaurants. classic international cuisine, finely interpreted, very good food, carefully and extremely tasty prepared. nice service, very personal, quiet and efficient. fine ambiente, in covered colors. it is worth it!

We were attentive to the oechsle by a TV report. the ambiente we liked very much, but above all the attention of the staff and the easy but very professional service has made the evening really great. a small critique point lies to us at the heart: the calves were excellent, but the portion could have actually been larger. there is still air up from the price-performance ratio. thanks for a very nice evening and we will come back!

The kitchen of the local is at very high level and at the same time interesting. the vegetarian appetizer consisted of a carto-sweet smarrn (according to the image of the imperial smarrn) with criminal dip and a supplement of exceptionally tastyly seasoned small chopped aubergines. as a main dish there were calves with celery and carrot pure and port wine jus. to share the perfect garden meat was only a fork required. I had dessert cream brulée with fresh berries, very well flavored with a hauch orange liqueur and orange nabrieb. the portions are so plentiful that they are well saturated with three steps. next time I put together a reusable menu with correspondingly smaller portions to taste some of the very delicious dishes.
