Finally again a restaurant with high quality kitchen in hamburg! 2.5 hours we have slept through the most delicious 5 courses and two greetings from the kitchen. here is a bargain, as a delicious and yet an unexpected feigation served by a wonderful service. the menus are just a center of the sweet, but can be offered completely vegan on request. this does not apply to all wine, but they do not have to change the wine with each. best to make a short decision! our evening was not cheap, but will stay safe for a long time. updated from the previous review on 2021-08-15

A Michelin star is definitely worth it. this is not only a vegetarian meal, it is a wonderful evening meal without meat. the flavors are balanced and the arome of all courses are in harmony with each other. a small dissonant is the "Yellowgreen"-Cauliflower menu that is less balanced and. a little less inline with the others. the paired wee are just one, an Austrian wee, local wee. a bit on the sweet side, but the menu very well supplement

First, the weeping will stay away. it is served too cold, although the waiter claims it is young and must be served on this wise. it took like 2 dishes before it unfolded its full taste. eating is...nice, locally and made by an experienced cook. the atmosphere can be called cozy. others get a little claustrophobic feeling, as the waiters always pass between the tables and move quickly. we had fun, yes. it was good to eat solid, well prepared. a safe bet. However, there are so many possibilities that go for the same facility in hamburg that I would rather try something new than to visit this restaurant twice.
