Erste Liebe Bar - Hamburg

Today we visited this place with friends right after the opening. we had a long journey behind us. the server this morning was a real racist and not helpful and not respectful. when I asked about the toilet room, he told us we had to spend money before we could use the bathroom. also he personally told me to change for the German language as it is Germany. I was not aware that these pre-war settings still exist.

We ordered three tostis (ham cheese on a toast). we have asked for the ingredients; only ham and cheese as on the menu. We got a toast with ham, cheese and cream cheese. none of the three liked it and not. I returned. the owner. he just blamed me!? it's just a little cream cheese, etc. He didn't solve the problem and I had to pay for it, but we didn't eat it.

Ordered croissants for breakfast and were asked if we wanted jam with it, didn’t expect to get charged each for a tiny blob of jam! Breakfast was nice enough but charging that much for the jam left a nasty taste.

We had breakfast here one morning which was lovely; fresh croissants and tasty jam. Also stopped on the way to the hotel on our last afternoon for a drink as it is unusual to find Cremant on sale anywhere so I could not resist.

It's my first time here, but this place is already like home. the personal is very nice and attentive. very nice and cozy. Enjoy my breakfast!
