Eisenstein - Hamburg

The food was ok, before there was a salad, but it must have been a little longer since it had many brown interfaces. So far the food was tasteful but absolutely ok. But we couldn't understand the very high prices. The ambience is great. The location is very cool and you can see how the pizzas are prepared live. Unfortunately but very loud and lively when it is fuller, as the hall increases the sounds again. What was not good at all was the service. The main foods were waiting for almost an hour. Around us, people also asked if they had been forgotten, so it was a general problem. We thought we were okay, maybe understated and doing everything fresh, you can understand, you don't have to do a big deal. The longer one sat there the more one also got the hectic of the staff. During my reservation, I had noticed that my accompaniment had a birthday, and if you might have had some nice impression, that was completely ignored and when I had mentioned that it would have been nice to get at least a small champagne, the service lady was really pampering. No, sorry. You would be understated and what you could not start with, so you have to give more instructions. I say that every other restaurant (sometimes with a much better price policy and just as high a claim as this restaurant suggests) has come about more than it was. When I apparently gave too little tip, it was just as snippically asked if it really should be the amount. When you get out, the lady out of the service then equated visibly over my comments. That was the height and also the main reason why I cannot recommend this restaurant. Eat well, store chic, prices not comprehensible and staff (at least the lady) not good. Shame...

The iron stone is always worth a visit. Good food in a very nice ambience and great atmosphere. Attention service with good care throughout the evening. I also recommend the Bio-Riesling Prinz.

Even if the pizzas are certainly very delightful, so you should try, dear guest, also other dishes, e.g. the rude roast or the entrecote.
