As always! The Tatar is delicious. Steak perfectly grilled.
The Casse-Croute is also a very clear recommendation for every stay in Hamburg. The fish (Wolfsbarsch) and the Labskaus were excellent, the oysters as an appetizer a feeling. We definitely come to this beautiful location in a courtyard in the middle of Hamburger City.
The food was good, not as good as 1.5 years ago. The service was slightly unconcentrated and the volume in the guest room had to be used. All in all a smooth 3, no more, but no less.
The food consisted of fresh tasteful ingredients, the service staff was attentive and restrained a completely successful evening
