We were looking for a different location to have breakfast. But that one was closed, so we went to this little nice place in Hafencity. You have to order at the desk where you have to pick up your meals as well. We had the breakfast for two which was good quality and enough for both of us. Including a hot drink for each of us, we paid less than 20 Euro. The staff is fast but could be more polite.

I stopped in here for a quick lunch during a business visit. It is an informal canteen-style, with rows of close tables that soon filled up, making for a busy and lively ambience. Food is ordered at the counter and you collect it yourself when it is ready. It is French-inspired and offered some good, simple options for a quick bite. There was no English menu but I can manage in German and the counter staff translated it for me in good English. In the end my flammkuchen was quick, simple and tasty.
