I had the misery (without a ei) and the vegan gyoza. I actually wanted to do that, but they were out. I also miss steamed instead of fried dumplings on the menu. toppings and noodles of ramen were pretty good loves the resistance of tofu and the addition of enoki mushrooms. overall I would have preferred more taste mostly in the broth and the roasted tofu. on the tables there were no condiments. I was pretty upset with the payment. their Facebook page said they accept credit cards, but I was just said to cards (including ec) payments were not possible and I would have to wait 30 minutes. I asked if instead I could go to a nearby cash machine, and then I was paid over paypal. so it worked at the end, but maybe you're better off blowing money. if they are south of the elbe and have cash to hand, this is a good option for ramen, but in other cases hamburg has better possibilities.
The menu is clearly organized with a significant amount of vegan options. We paid approximately 35€ for two appetizers, two entrees, and drinks. The decor and service were both very pleasant.
I ordered the miso ramen (without egg) and the vegan gyoza. I had originally wanted the ****, but they were out of it. I also wish they offered steamed dumplings instead of just roasted ones on the menu. The toppings and noodles in the ramen were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the tofu and Enoki mushrooms. However, I felt that the broth and roasted tofu could use more flavor. There were no utensils on the tables, which was disappointing. I had issues with the payment process as well. Despite the Facebook page stating they accept credit cards, I was informed that card (including EC) payments were not possible and I would have to wait 30 minutes. After suggesting I go to a nearby ATM, I was eventually able to pay via Paypal, but it was a hassle. Overall, if you are in the southern area of Elbe and have cash on hand, this restaurant is a decent option for ramen. However, there are better dining choices in Hamburg in other cases.
The restaurant has introduced several new meat dishes and now labels their vegan options as vegetarian, although they are still vegan. Overall, the food is still very good!
