Westy Grill - Hamburg

Today, Wednesday, July 31st, at 8:30 PM, I called to speak with a manager, leaving my number for a return call, and I’m curious if they’ll pass my message along to the general manager. During the call, it sounded like the blonde woman I initially spoke with was trying to present herself as the manager, claiming to be the bar manager after taking my name and number. However, her voice seemed similar to the one who took my order, leading me to believe there's a lack of transparency at this location. I wasn't the only dissatisfied customer during my visit; others were also receiving their food cold. I encourage follow-up for a thorough discussion on this matter in hopes that we can resolve these issues. Thank you, Chef Shawn.

The experience was disappointing. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there is a ramp for entry, but I'm uncertain about the bathroom facilities.

I ordered a chef salad, and it was delightful. The spring mix was exceptionally fresh, and it came topped with bacon bits, ham, and turkey. The portion size was generous, and overall, it was very tasty.

I dropped in on the Westy for a family dinner today and seem to always get one of the nicest waitresses there- Ashley. Drinks and food came out in a normal timeframe and Ashley was super responsive for all of our drink refills!! I 100% recommend this place for the food I had crispy wings with blue cheese dip and if you’re lucky- hope you get Ashley!! Kid-friendliness: My extended family have multiple children and each time I go, the waitresses treat them with respect and sweetness!

My husband had reservations about ordering from westy. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes, which my hubby said it’s bc everything is pre made. He got a Mac n cheese burger medium it was well done. The bacon was burnt. We were excited to try the fries but they tasted like they were cooked with something else or old oil. The egg rolls also burnt. The thing that skeeved us out the most was the box of uncooked wings that sat on the floor. Uncooked chicken shouldn’t just be left out also on the floor ?!? They need inspectors to come through and shape up their service and food. For $40 bucks I’ll stick at home with pb n j.
