Meanwhile, her male coworker seemed more interested in other tasks, leaving her to handle the sandwich-making duties. As she worked on my order and the customer behind me, it was clear that she was frustrated with her male coworker's lack of initiative and prioritization of tasks. Eventually, we even found a hair in my wife's sandwich, which was the last straw for us. We will not be returning to this establishment and I strongly urge the manager to address the issues of employee support and mistreatment in order to improve customer satisfaction.
I am extremely frustrated. Four weeks ago, I was charged twice for my meal at this restaurant. I left two messages for them to call me back, and now when I try to call, I am getting a fax machine! I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
I am only giving this restaurant 1 star because of the management. There was only one person working during lunch break. He was absolutely amazing and did a great job, but I cannot believe they only had one person making sandwiches and handling the register. I am very disappointed in the management of this Subway.
Stopped here on Monday at 7:30! Doors locked. Sign says 8pm closed
Prices have almost doubled. And it seems the sandwiches have gotten smaller.There is better places to eat.
