The golden flower chippy in Widnes provides delicious fish and chips beautiful crispy batter on the fish and good portions quick and polite service every time wouldn't go anywhere else

The online ordering process was simple and quick, and our order arrived ahead of schedule. All items were present and hot, and the service was excellent.

Never ever has this chippy got my food right so I ring up because my meal would be spoilt and they make a lier out of me saying I'm wrong when I wouldn't bother ringing up if I had the food infront of me!, the Chinese women I spoke to was so rude and it's not the only bad thing I have heard about this place!.. saying they will bring my food which I have paid for and they still haven't been now!

Recently ordered a Chinese takeaway from the Golden Flower. There was a minimum order price and also a delivery charge to pay, making the meal total for 1 over £8. Food was hot on delivery and very tasty huge portion of rice, could easily reduce the size to avoid throwing about half of it away.

I suggest avoiding this restaurant as they frequently make mistakes with deliveries. I ordered food for delivery and only received half of it, causing the first half to go cold while I waited for the rest. I decided to cut my losses and asked for a refund, losing out on £18. I will not be ordering from them again.
