Starbucks Runcorn - Halton

One of my favourite Starbucks to go to; the staff are always friendly, the drinks are good and it’s always a lively shop. The refurb looks brilliant also.

After a great revamp of the restaurant my surrgestion would be to now improve the outside space by creating more of a seating area possibly covered.

Staff friendly always found clean and tidy great latte and fresh food recommended,staff managing the COVID issue really well. Thanks

The staff here are lovely and friendly and try there absolute best but they are unbelievably understaffed and cannot cope with the volume of customers. It is unbelievable that there are so few staff as I see the exact same faces every time I am in. The place cannot be kept clean and the wait times are long, this is unacceptable.

This place is the dirtiest cafe I’ve ever been in Tables chairs and floor were absolutely disgustingly dirty so much as we decided to take our coffees and food home to eat Covid is not an excuse not to clean I will never step foot in there again
