Seafood Nguyen - Haltom City

Fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup and the BBQ pork hot pot, both of which were amazing. We arrived a bit late, so some items were sold out, but what we did have was delightful. Thank you, D.J., for a wonderful dinner!

Delicious! I enjoyed a straightforward meal: caramelized pork belly served with white rice. The pork belly was so tender it practically melted in my mouth and was perfectly seasoned. The sauce was just the right amount, enhancing the dish beautifully. Each bite was pure bliss—although I felt a hint of guilt since the pork belly probably isn't the healthiest option! It was so rich and satisfying that it might just be sinful. I can't wait to go back for more! The menu is quite limited, but the restaurant is always bustling with customers.

Rachel, our drink server by the pool, was absolutely wonderful! We chatted with her throughout the weekend, and she interacted with the kids, which was great to see. She’s truly a gem for families. I also noticed other staff members engaging with the children, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. Rachel was stunning! She definitely deserves some recognition!

The food was amazing, I ordered mushroom in a can with crispy rice. This is my favorite. So creative and creamy. We also tried pig bell. It is a good size for 3 4 people and again, super delicious. We also ordered beef curry. I can feel the beef melted in my mouth... And don't forget to taste their iced tea and cocktails. Worth waiting.

Dinner in the King and Prince's new restaurant-ECHO (open only 12 days) interesting menu, wonderful meal that was perfectly served by our waiter, Peter, who also filled us in on the local community. Room service breakfast was exactly on time, hot (not warm) food and oh so good. All in all, a perfect stay!!
