Beautiful location and atmosphere and plenty of fresh seafood options it’s super touristy and expensive but I didn’t care. I enjoyed myself

Ordered the seafood plate for 2 persons, and it was a Hugh plate, more than 2 can eat. But it was delicious and we enjoyed every bit. We got a “doggy bag” for the leftovers. Very nice place, super friendly and good service. You order at the counter and pick up the food by yourself, but when ever you need something the staffe are super sweet. Will definitely come again

We visited Havfruen for a Quick lunch, the variations on the menu is good, from classical danish dishes like heering, stjerneskud, lunchplate, n burgers both veggie and tenderloin of porc The choises where , lunch plate with , Herning, chickensalad, fried filet of place, roastbeef, and cheese with grapes Other choise was burger with porc, sweet onions and fries. Both dishes average tasting, filet of fish Well fried. Both dishes 128kr, a bit overpriced compared to what you get. To drink non alcoholic beer, 38kr ,,, also a pricy liquer,, comparable you could get a 0.40 cl draft beer for 48 kr. Seemed a bit like prices where a bit High due to Cruise guests who occationally visits the port.

We visited Hundested Harbour on a sunny spring day, so it was almost obvious that we had to go up to the great roof of the Mermaid with superior views of the harbour, city and water. There is also serving inside and outside the street level. Very good and big cappuccino with cacao powder sprinkled on top. Sweet and efficient operation.
