Fønix Bbq As - Halmstad

We dined at Fønix Bbq earlier this week. There weren't many people and the service was slow, but that was okay with me. The menu had a great selection and there was something for every taste. However, the prices were extremely high. I was disappointed to receive only two thin slices of brisket for 350 NOK, with not many sides. The quality of the brisket was good, but I was still hungry afterwards and could have easily eaten more. The pulled pork ordered by the person next to me was hard and unappetizing. The fries were small and more suitable for children. Despite the tasty food, we probably won't be returning if this is the standard.

Absolutely delicious and tender Black Angus brisket served with creamy corn, delicious salad, and crispy fries that paired perfectly with the BBQ flavor. The food was served piping hot in just 10 minutes. The only downside was that the outdoor seating area was a bit unkempt/full of weeds and there was something odd about laundry hanging out to dry, including inside-out underwear next to the dining table.

The food was excellent, the cozy atmosphere, and the service was fantastic!
