The front-of-house staff is quite disappointing, but the two ladies in the kitchen, Beth and Melissa, are extremely helpful and by far the best employees there. Unfortunately, the elderly owner and two other older gentlemen are rather unpleasant and give off a creepy vibe, behaving inappropriately towards the female staff. This undoubtedly affects the overall customer service negatively. Therefore, I would recommend avoiding this place, especially in the mornings or anytime you're in a hurry.

I assumed this restaurant was open 24 hours, but when I arrived, I saw a car in the lot, yet the lights were off and the doors were locked.

The staff was very rude, and the service was extremely slow. I had to wait a long time before they served me.

Oh my gosh, the service was terrible! My husband went in at 10:20 am on August 14, 2020, and ordered two cheeseburgers and some potato wedges. He spent over $60, but I can't be sure of the exact amount because after asking for a receipt twice, the girl just walked away! The worst part is that we ended up with cold burgers and no potato wedges!

You have got some of the rudest staff there.
