Mcdonald's - HALLETT COVE

Every time we order from here the food is Luke warm or dead cold. I think the problem stems from bad ownership to non-competent management topped off with youth labour and 10 percent care factor

Totally rude staff 10.15pm shift. It took 10 minutes to be served in an empty store. Every time I come here the staff look totally miserable and I've done nothing wrong poor form for a crew trainer

Hallet cove delivery incomplete order and very bad response from the manager on night shift. She was rude and refused to give her name when she decided not to compensate for missing food item very disappointing.

This is a middle of the road maccas. It can be hit or miss at all hours of the day, but seems to be more consistent at night. Staff are very friendly throughout the interactions I’ve had with them.

They need to change the oil that tasted chips and my burger was really sloppy. I don't have many employees on a customer, so I don't know why
