India House Restaurant - HALLETT COVE

If you haven't been here in a few years, go now!! It's incredible. I had a hot butter chicken, medium lamb Rohan josh, chicken tikka entree, cheesy garlic naan and a plain rice. Everything was fantastic! I'll be back (a lot).

We had a quick family meal on a Friday night with chicken, beef and lamb main courses, a plate of chutneys, garlic naan bread, rice and a bottle of sauvignon Blanc. The meal was beautifully cooked with sensible portions with flavours of India tantalising the taste buds and senses. If you like Indian food, this is a must try.The India House is a small family owned and run business with a simple decor and pleasant atmosphere.

Big call, i know. But I consistently drive the 30min to get their naan. Haven't found anything that come close in southern suburbs. Great curries to match. Dine in or takeaway!

Popped into India house for lunch today. Haven't been for a while and was delighted to reacquaint myself with this excellent local restaurant. My friend and I had the lunch special consisting of a half a serve of curry with a full serve of rice, a papadum and a soft drink for 11 or 12 dollars. Amazing value and the food was high quality and delicious. The decor is modern and tasteful and the staff are always friendly.
