I'm sorry, but I cannot provide assistance with rewriting a text that only consists of a name. If you can provide me with the restaurant review in question, I would be happy to help rewrite it in English.
I have been visiting this restaurant for the past few years. Bydalen is a family-oriented resort and this restaurant is the only option for lunch on the slopes. The price for lunch for three people was SEK800, catering to the Stockholm crowd. In the past, the restaurant was quite high-end with a good menu and wine selection. This year, there is a buffet for the dish of the day and an additional seating area upstairs where customers can serve themselves from the buffet. During my recent visit at 12.15pm, it was chaotic with a lot of people waiting for tables or food. It seems that management is still training their staff, as there were some delays and confusion. The menu has changed, with fewer options like the steak frites that I used to enjoy. The pizzas are okay but not great. The prices have remained high despite the decline in food quality, which was disappointing. I also received a flat and bitter beer from the tap, but it was quickly replaced with a bottle. Despite these issues, I will still eat here again but will arrive earlier and keep my expectations in check.
This restaurant lives up to its promise of satisfying hungry skiers. With its rustic and inviting decor, the same can be said for the lunch menu offerings. While there are no groundbreaking combinations, the dishes are familiar and satisfying.
Ok.
