Przekaż informację zwrotnąWorst McDonald I?ve been ever, I asked for three iced coffees, all of them came dark and apparently I was supposed to ask for extra cream to get them the right way, thing that I know I don?t need to do because I work in a McDonald?s too and the machine has two options; one for a large cup and another one for a small one, there?s no need to ask for extra cream. Also, a new crew member at the front trying you figure it out how the computer works to take the orders not his fault), the manager didn?t help and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for 3 iced coffees and a happy meal with a 4-piece nuggets? drive thru totally collapsed too on my way leaving the parking lot, this restaurant really need some attention and more trained people.
It's McDonald's. I ordered fries, sweet tea, and a cheeseburger with no onions. The order was accurate and the fries were fresh. The service was okay, I was given a cup to fill my sweet tea.
Manager during night shift is just a miserable person, they deny me the restroom saying its Locked oh so what about your employees... im a paying customer and your just being lazy..... cant even allow me to go wash my hands? because why? Ive never EVER heard of this, and with all these other bad reviews its crazy how this place is still performing like trash.... literally saw the manager who is a older lady, drop a stack of napkins on the floor, she literally slid the napkins over the dirty floor, stacked them up again and carried them to a bin to restock the napkins... I swear to god, check the cameras 9-17-22 11:47 PM needs new management, and this needs to start performing like the rest of the McDonald 's stores in the area...
Worst money spent in my life. Wish i could get my money back. I order an deluxe double quarter. Only got a quarter pounder when i went back to the window to tell them i got the wrong order she ignored me i knock multiple times she ignored me and went to the back its obvious she knew she gave me the wrong item. While my fries my soda and other food was getting cold watery and soggy. I kept knocking and she scream at me without opening the window to calm down . she didn't even bother to ask what is the problem. I had to park go inside this was after hours the door was open for the delivery. Service . i get charge extra for being it deluxe she says in bad voice they don't have tomato. And i told her it is also missing one of the meat. When she finally decide to take the burger off my hands they kept doing the orders of people that are at window behind me while i have other food getting cold. I told her to at least change the soda she tells me to serve myself. The machine was disconnected she took forever to serve me the sprite. The employee is old lady with grey hair worst experience in my life. When got home the burger missing onions one of the cheese was slapped to the box no inside the burger and the patty was raw in the middle. The fries arrive cold and burn in the edges so disgusting and the nuggets was dry and old.. Besides that when you go through drive thru to make the order in front of the screen they tell you to wait for them to take your order i had to wait around 10 to 15 minutes. They did this with every car . i work with you guys in the past and it's clear they were avoiding the backup orders so it doesn't show on record how much they were actually spending to do with each meal. They had absolutely nothing prep. All the cars where leaving is ridiculous plus all the time i spend to wait to get a wrong order. Never will i go back to this McDonald's . it's not bad customer service. Because it doesn't exist. If they don't have an item they should say it not
Customer service has gotten better but the speed of service needs to be addressed. Drive thru should not take over 30 minutes from ordering to last window for food pick up. Curbside hours end at 8pm so be aware of that downfall.
