Tim Hortons - Halifax

I live near this Tim's location, but I have found that the drive-thru service can be quite slow. However, I have noticed that the customer service inside the restaurant is excellent. The workers seem to be more focused on chatting with the drive-thru customers rather than efficiently serving those waiting in line.

I only ordered coffee, but the service was good considering how busy the restaurant was.

I would rate this Tim Hortons location a 1 out of 5 because it is the worst in all of Halifax. The orders are consistently incorrect, the customer service is lacking, including from the manager, and the restaurant is dirty. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.

If they come for a hot drink, they will not be disappointed. However, their food offerings are scarce and poorly prepared and served.

I have been coming to this restaurant for two years now, and not once have I been greeted with a 'have a nice day'. My food is often hastily thrown into the bag, and the staff act like they are not new to customer service. I have never had a positive experience here, but today's visit was just too disappointing to overlook. Thank you, Burger King.
