Thai Express Halifax

The salad roll looked like a burrito, the bean sprouts inside was old and the rice wrap was hard and falling apart. The Thai noodles were fine.

This location is really a hit or miss. But, I’d like to mention that this particular day was my favourite.The perfect amount of spice, fast service (even when the place had a lineup), and the quantity was amazing!(Also YOU CAN ASK FOR IT IN A BOWL FOR AN EXTRA $0.50)I seen a lot of negative comments here which I can agree, they have their bad days. But I’ve been to this location a lot and have had more good days then bad.In fact, I always get a good quantity at this location.

The Male server was extremely rude and interfering in unwanted conversation with customer.Didn’t give me the full order.Action should be taken for such behaviour.Not even one star for customer service.

So I attempted to grab lunch from your location today but was havingItrouble seeing the menu.... I expressed this to the server and asked if there was a paper menu that I could look at , she stated no and just walked away .....so I had to leave and go elsewhere ......Customer service fail.

I had visited this restaurant before, but now there's a new chef. I believe he's Korean, an older gentleman who is incredibly charming and friendly. His cooking has significantly improved. Everything tastes just right and the portions are well-balanced. I ordered the chicken with pineapple and rice again, and it was excellent!
