Tempo Food Drink - Halifax

The food was delicious but we did not get to finish it as we were attending a concert and had to leave. The server was doing his very best, very pleasant, very efficient but he was doing everything as it was clear there were not enough staff present, for whatever reason. I would return but I think it is important for the restaurant to have more staff on busy evenings such as a Friday night when there is a concert at the SB Centre and Neptune show.

Server was bubbly and friendly, food was great but took 45 minutes to be served. Given how busy the restaurant was, and that I got extra time to chat with my beautiful wife while we had a drink, that did not detract from the evening in the slightest. The server even came and apologized for the delay with the offer of popcorn. Selection of gluten free dishes was quite extensive and the server was knowledgable about the dishes that were suitable for someone with celiac disease. I would highly recommend eating there.

We love Tempo and eat there frequently, however, we have our menu favorites, but tonight we opted for their New Year's eve special. The mushroom soup was delicious, the bacon wrapped tenderloin was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing as did the cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend Tempo! Their food is delicious and their staff definitely make you feel at home.

I had the duo taco fish and chicken delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a great vibe. I would go there again.

We waited 45 minutes plus to be served. This is unacceptable. I have been to Tempo many times before and one of the things I have always liked about it is the quick service. After our 45 minute wait the food was poor quality and not up to the usual Tempo standard. All 3 of us were disappointed with our meals.
