Stillwell Bar - Halifax

Came here and my partner got an IPA that they really liked, we shared the okonomiyaki fries $8), those had a peculiar taste, for me it was odd and too spicy, my partner just didn’t like the flavour. However, the tokyo fries $7) are insane. I also got the cubano $14) which was delicious. I think the pricing on food is kinda annoying because i’d rather just pay say $15 and have some fries included, i guess it’s intended for people who want the sand which only. I like the order at the bar method and the quality of the food, along with how long it took to come out was impressive. Will be coming back

My favourite place to go in Halifax! Great rotating craft beer list, amazing food (diner burger can’t be beat) and great vibe with friendly staff.

Classy with a cool vibe and delicious house ales. They have the full spectrum on tap which includes other craft brews and their own Stillwell named ones (they are damn good). Very friendly bartender is the cherry on top. Did not have food so no rating for that.

Great beer and interesting menu. Bartenders always nice. Usually tough to find a seat, busy and layout is a bit annoying.

Great beers, service very friendly. Almost rated 4 stars overall because it was very noisy. Also kind of cramped with austere industrial style decor. But overall very enjoyable.Just don't expect to be able to hold a conversation.
