Legends Bar - Halifax

My son ordered fish and waffle fries at the restaurant. He mentioned that the fish tasted okay but was quite oily. The waffle fries were cold and difficult to chew.

I give four stars to the fish in the fish and chips dish for its fresh and tasty haddock that came with the chips.

I don't often dine at airport restaurants because I feel they are consistently overpriced and only average in quality.

The service here could not have been worse. The grey haired guy with the pony tail is hideously rude. He could not have possible been meaner or less helpful. Would love to review the food, but his ego and lack of service for 35 minutes didn't bother to take our order. Avoid. There are other places you can grab a quick bite.

We had seafood chowder and Club platters.. Chowder was warm at best and fires were cold and stale. I would guess fries were cooked earlier today as they were chewy and disgusting. If this restaurant was located outside airport with other food options available, they would not survive. We also had breakfast there ~ 2 weeks ago and that meal was simply 'ok' but not a lot to choose from.
