Economy Shoe Shop Cafe & Bar - Halifax

So I can't judge the economy shoe shop on its eating, but I can say that it is a beautiful historical building and a fantastic pub and bar for social meeting, dinner or drinks. it's a pretty louder place, but I think that's probably normal for bars. I was only in a quantity of beautiful stained glass, historical architecture and beautiful lights. they offer a few selected vegan options on their menu as well as, including the beyond burger. and the waitress was very good to answer my questions to other items in the menu. they also make a middle shirley tempel.

Our party of six was set at the time of reservation. The server was very attentive and the food was the best. We love the atmosphere at ESS, very eclectic and interesting.

I can see why this is a fun place with the quirky decor and interesting design concept. Eating is basically okay. Nothing you want to do. But one thing: the place is a little dirty. Everything looks sticky and needs cleaning.

One thing that can ruin a meal is to see mice. What's worse when the staff realizes that they know they have a mice problem and don't seem to think it's a big deal in a grocery store.
