Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I bought shellfish at the Bedford location, which should have been alive, definitely not alive. I opened the bag and the clams were covered in white slime, necks were hanging out, and smell was horrendous. I contacted Clearwater Sept 25th, Sept 27th, Oct 14th and finally received an email Oct 16th just asking for my receipt which I didn’t get, and they’d give it to the store manager. I did replied and never heard back. This wasn’t about the money it was about acknowledgment and so they would remove the rotting clams before they sold it to someone else.

Everything is good, clean market, kind employees, price is Ok, not too much. We bought two lobsters and were taught how to cook them. Easy parking and yes, this market is worth our time. There are four level live lobsters with different price. And cooked lobsters are both good looking.
I had an order sent to Regina, Saskatchewan for mothers day. It was supposed to be delivered today at noon Regina time. The useless FedEx driver showed up at 830am. Now my mom has to drive thru rush hour traffic to the air port to pick up her lobster tails scallops,which will have been sitting in a FedEx truck in Regina all day. Great job on Clearwater FedEx, well done. Useless incompetent are not starting enough to describe this BS.
