While placing my order, the manager chose to interrupt both myself and the cashier for the sole purpose of rudely correcting the cashier's provision of ketchup to the customer prior to me. The manager literally interrupted the customer and the cashier, for no other purpose than to berate their subordinate. This type of management is atrocious to work for in my experience, and I would certainly assume they improperly handle other discipline among staff or even customer experiences, based on how unaware they were regarding their patrons as well as the demeaning language used on their employees. Probably one of the more expensive fast food chains in Canada but the food is always hot and fresh. I don't mind paying a bit more for a better product. The beyond meat burger was hot and juicy and the chubby chicken was delicious as always. Some of the best onion rings on the planet. I love the apple pies but don't have them as often because they are made to order which is great but don't always have the 15-20 minutes to wait.
