Moorlands Inn - Halifax

After taking a walk over the moors with our dog, we decided to reward ourselves with a glass of wine outside in the sunshine. We quickly glanced at the menu and were thrilled to find a great selection of gluten-free options, which was a delight for my partner. We both ordered the Cajun chicken pack, and my partner chose a leek dish since it came with gluten-free packaging. The meal was simple yet flavorful, and we enhanced it with an extra serving of genuine hand-cut chips, which were by far the best chips I've had in a long time. We will definitely return when we're in the area. The staff were fantastic and had a good understanding of dietary requirements, which made the entire experience much more enjoyable. Thank you!

On May 26, 2018, we held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Moorlands Inn, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone loved the food, and there was more than enough to satisfy our guests. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. Susan, Sarah, and the team were dedicated and went the extra mile to ensure our special day was flawless. Everything went smoothly. They were always available by phone or email to answer any questions we had, and they arranged several meetings in advance so we fully understood how everything would unfold. We even visited Ogden for our professional photos, which is just down the road, and the pictures turned out stunning. They helped decorate the venue the day before and prepared everything for the meal and reception in a timely manner. I visited High Time yesterday, and it was fabulous. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

They are now at some places here and the staff can not do enough for them and eating is excellent going to treat them themselves and they will not be disappointed

We had a meal here for Valentines day and the food was yummy. Great service, friendly staff. We can't wait to have our wedding here in the marquee.
