Bonnie View Inn - Haliburton

We were recommended this charming restaurant by a helpful lady at the local Tourist Information Office. We drove by to make a reservation and found the paddle board event happening on Saturday, which would have made it a large and potentially noisy party. We decided to book for a quiet Sunday evening instead. The restaurant is located in a large log cabin structure and it can be described as quaint and comfortable. It sits right by the lake with stunning evening views across to Wigamog Inn, which may have seen better days. The food was superb.

My Mom has moved into a local nursing home and the transition has been really hard for her and my Stepfather, Al. Al, who is 82, finds It hard some nights to drive the 45 minutes home after visiting. Andrea and her staff have opened their place and their hearts to him- with a quick call arrangements are made and he has a place to lay his head. A big thanks to Andrea and her staff - You have made a difficult situation better with your offers of hospitality, caring and special consideration. It means so much. What you do is above and beyond what is expected.

My wife and I went to the Bonnie View Inn recently and let me tell you the service was top notch food was amazing, hot , smelled and tasted delicious cant wait to go back

Hearty good value breakfast , you won't go away hungry , good service , excellent views of lake , fruit was good too
