Roy Rogers - Halfway

I always have positive experiences at this restaurant. The staff is usually very friendly. The Hershey milkshakes are simply the best. Unlike some other reviewers, I make sure to use proper grammar.

I visited a restaurant recently and noticed three employees behind the counter taking orders. The line wasn’t long, but the service was painfully slow. When I finally received my food, it was quite disappointing. The hamburger was still red in the middle, and the bun was soaked in grease. I decided to speak with the manager about my concerns, but she offered no resolution whatsoever. While I was there, another customer pulled up at the drive-thru but was completely ignored, so she drove to the window and was still overlooked. Understandably, she was very upset, but the manager also showed her no compassion. In stark contrast, the Roy Rogers on Burhans Blvd offers excellent food and even better service! The difference between these two locations is astounding!
