Pizza Hut - Haleyville

They're hit and miss. When their pizza is good, it's really good. However, they almost always mess up on the online orders. The last several times my family ordered, one of the pizzas had the wrong crust option. That said, it's always good to check your pizza when you pick it up because if you call back to tell them about the mistake they'll just say you should have checked it before leaving. Anyway, they're still better than Domino's but just be advised you need to double-check your order when you pick it up.

Did not get the order we placed. We ordered a large super supreme thin pizza. Got home with a large pepperoni/sausage pizza.

Our local Pizza Hut doesn 't seem to participate in most anything on the online app. You will figure that out once your frustration has escalated by trying to work your way thru the online menu, give up and call. Hopefully the same person(s) won 't be on the phone that i had. They rattle off the options so quickly it 's very difficult to hear and understand if your like me with a hearing deficit. They must have 1 as well because the words hey, I don 't hear that well. I 'm a nd ya to start over, slow down and speak up plz. : after repeating that request 2x 's he slowed dwn upon learning that although I was fairly hungry and def wanting a pizza, I didn 't have to pick The Hut. That anyplace would get it done. Approx 3 mins later I stopped the order, and told them I 'd be doing something different. 45 mins later... that pizza was delivered surprisingly to the correct address but after a cancellation and before a payment. Grab a Big Bacon from Jacks and save yourself some grief, they just aren 't as good as they used to be anyways
