Blue Saphire Clarks Inn - Haldwani

This restaurant is suitable for business travelers. The rooms are small but acceptable. The banquet hall, swimming pool, and terrace are suitable for small events. The General Manager and Sales Manager are helpful.

We travelled by train to Haldwani, train got delay and I appreciate the staff for serving fresh cooked dinner at oclock in the night. Breakfast spread is good. Swimming pool at the roof top. Good to stay hotel.

We ordered Thali's along with starters and soups. Thali's were amazing and costed nothing. Service was good and prompt. Soup was a bit of a let down, else would have given a star rating. Hope they keep it up!!

Worst service, nil expectations, will never visit this property again, poor staff, negative response .
