The poached egg 60 degrees was by far one of the best modern European dishes Ive had. The eggs were heavenly soft and melted like butter. Crispy chicken skin and other ingredients mixed harmoniously and hit every element that our tongues could sense. I was thoroughly impressed by the originality and perfection of this dish.
I came here solo and vegan and the restaurant was more than courteous. lito was my server and he was wonderful. the vegan tasting menu was delicious.

Fantastic service, very warm and friendly staff. I had a 3-course dinner to dinner and it was excellent. aromen were exciting and very diverse! this boil knows how to make sauces. my favorite was the damped sea trout (which was much more exciting than it sounds).
