TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Everything from entering the hotel, reception, rooms, food and beverage, checking out was very bad. We asked for a taxi at check-out time, and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile numbers. We struggled a lot until we found a taxi. The staff is extremely indifferent, we entered the room, there are no towels, there are dirty belongings of the previous guest. I tried for 3-4 hours and we were able to find only 4 small hand towels. The area is generally not warm enough. You feel cold after leaving the pool. The corridor as we walked into the room was cold, we were literally cold. It was a very bad experience. This is exactly what it means to be disgraced by giving money. I would never go again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away.

We loved our day here. There were unique areas to enjoy the water throughout the facilities. There was literally something for everyone here. The slides were well organized with attendants highly visible for safety. The night atmosphere was also very pretty. I wished we could have planned ahead of time and booked a room. The only down side was that the indoor slides closed very early before closing.

I don’t get what the fuzz is all about most is very unstructured! Waiting 75 minutes in line to check in with the online tickets we already purchased for the day, while people were jumping the cue without any consequences. Only 2(! out of 8 cashiers were working and it was one of the warmest days of the summer! Lack of online guidance in advance regarding how the concept works on the topics change of clothes, bathing, payment after check in etc. In the amusement area with kids scooters, air hockey, RC boats etc, three different type of coins was needed within a 75 m radius. And staff could not tell me where I could find the third type of coins. From what I experienced, only few people were showering in advance before going to the swimming pools and no soap/shampoo was available in showering area. The tickets or any of the other marketing materials sent out after booking included any recommendation of showering prior to entering the pools. Hygiene is not of highest priority! Food was very expensive and in general not worth the high price. On a positive note: Life guards was doing a great job and the swimming pools looked OK secure, we felt safe! Would I come back? Yes, if kids asked me enough times. But still many improvements to be done before I can say that this place lives up to European standards.
