In any case recommend for an authentic seafood experience! came here when it was opened around four and managed to get a place since the place was already almost full. we were very happy to have come over this place, as this was exactly the type of sushi experience we were looking for here in hakodate, which is known that its fresh seafood is on the coast. to the luck the restaurant had an English menu when asked. there is a sitting “appearant” fee of 600 yen, which probably our least favorite thing we had in this night (some kind of vinegar-roh that was not to our palate) for dinner we ordered fresh sashimi, which came out on an impressive huge stone dish. we also had the kitschige krabbenbisque, fresh meeresschalopps, assorted tempura, and the sushi sortiment plate. the fish was incredibly fresh and they catch the scallops fresh from their large tank at the front of the restaurant. the staff were very friendly and entertained by our calls of “oishii” over and over. I have a salmon allergy that they have worked graciously with the sashimi and sushi. the prizes are a bit high, but overall we were thrilled with the experience and feel as if they really get their worth here!
Great ambiente one of the experiences and above all delicious food selection
This is one of the few places that opens late near the Hakodate bay area. It's a pretty cool place with live seafood on display right next to the tables. Since I was alone, I had to sit in the dark corner but I still enjoyed myself with the following dishes: Otoshi of Uni very refreshing Crab congee (rice porridge) heart warming on a cold night Char grilled A5 Wagyu steak (90g) ultra smooth, absolutely delicious Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of food. If I ever return to Hakodate, I would take my whole family there.
Food is pretty good. Price is reasonable. Can speak English. Only that they insist you must order sea urchin for appetiser.
