The Smokey Bone Bbq - Hailey

The Smokey Bone is the real deal! I have eaten Virginia, Carolina, Texas and Kansas BBQ and this place depends on the best of each of these states. Portions are generous and the sides are as good as the meat and the house sauces are so good.... I might have stolen a bottle or two. I was known to drive from Rexburg by chance, just to eat brisket and ribs. Is a 6 hour drive too much, not if you really love BBQ!! For the person down on the reviews that said their flesh was raw... Well, the pink ring around the outside of the flesh is the halo of real smoked authenticity!

The food is excellent and delicious! Staff work very hard to provide excellent customer experience and customer service! Two people earn awards for their excellent customer service and experience!! For anyone looking for authentic Bbq, this is the place!! I definitely come back to this restaurant!! If your new into the valley I recommend this place!! They also received a price for the best grill in Hailey, Ketchum, Bellevue and Sun Valley! What the meat does at 6:00. Your lunch is hot! These people cannot be guilty of how much service and or business they receive during the day. The ribs take a total of 4 hours for cooking. And they are about how much meat and customers they receive. Most negative reviews on this board are bad management and now they have a loving manager who drives their employees to provide this customer experience and customer service. For excellent food!

We're glad we found this great little place. We tried her brisket and were not disappointed. Would definitely go back.
