Mcdonald's - Hail

Mc Donald now near Hail entrance signal in operation. Near Lulu Hyper Market branch renovation work in progress. Dine in and take out both options are there.

Very bad place. Employers do not know how to call customers. My orders were delayed by more than 45 minutes. When I heard about it, he just stared at my face and walked away without caring. They did not give me the food I had ordered. My whole day was shattered

We were obligated to order from the machine although we insisted that we didn’t want to, but they said it was a MUST. The staff were rude and pushy especially the Syrian guy in blue whom I think is the manager. Please be more clear that we need to order from machines and not the counter anymore. (edit) they got my order wrong, two mac royals were missing.

My experience at mcdo is good because sometimes the service is fast, sometime slow. And the hot chocolates didn't taste chocolate. It's like hot water. So that's why me and friend's didn't buy it again. But the staff are great.

Tables are kind of small in the corners.. The staffs were good though.. Nice place for a quick bite..
