Contempt: we made a booking for 2 when we arrived, they had given our table away, they offered for us to dine outside...IT was 5 degrees. 4 we sat inside, to which the waitress told us she had the specials with her, but then went away without telling us before we ordered (the logic our meal took 50 minutes to arrive in which time I had approached the staff at the front counter, to ask if everything was in order with our eating, to answer her coworker: "they thought it was more
Eating (we ordered pizza) was pretty good and seemingly authentic, but the service left much to wish. the waitress we had was less than enthusiastic about the work, looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. Pity! even if they go to the mäzen aldi brand ingwer bier (no problems with this) they don't load them $6 per bottle. I understand that business needs to earn money, but surely it should be reasonable. overall eating was good, but the service and the brandups have actually taken themselves from the total experience.
Wrote a 1-star review (on tripadvisor) after she was very dissatisfied from her service. we ordered only coffee and not dinner (at 5:33 confirmed by their owner) apparently for a shop who claims to be a caffe and casual restaurants to be a few coffees, 3 minutes after their opening hours are not entertaining. the owner replied that they did not entertain customers who only order coffee and we should then order dinner. I am not sure how many customers actually eat their dinner at 5:30. verbatim by the owner: (our advice to them may be avoided in a restaurant to dinner time just to have a coffee shop is probably better suited for this service at...read more
Would give a 3.5 if I could attentive, friendly service and plentiful portions. Garlic bread pizza for entree perfect, crispy, tasty. Mains had the risotto with broccoli and cherry tomatoes, other half had the steak florentina. Slightly overdone to medium but tasty nonetheless. Risotto was cooked well and comforting but massively filling; portions we're huge and left us in food comas. Not the place for a light meal. Would I come back? Si.
