Wendy's - Hahira

Every visit to this restaurant is a fantastic experience. The food is almost always cooked to perfection, and the customer service is exceptional. The place is very clean and well-stocked. It’s easy to get in and out, located in an ideal spot right off the interstate. This is my favorite Wendy's in South Georgia. Great job, team! I truly appreciate all that you do.

The bathroom was impressively clean, which really surprised me! The service was incredibly fast too. However, they do need to address the issue with house flies. Overall, it's a great quick food stop for a long road trip.

The food was incredibly fresh and served hot. The chocolate frosty had a subtle strawberry flavor, but I can't tell if that was due to a quirk in the machine or just my perception. This Wendy's is a newer location equipped with all the latest amenities. The bathroom could benefit from a little tidying up, but overall, it wasn't too bad. Don't forget to take a look at the photos!

If you have some time to spare, this place is worth a visit. However, be prepared for a long wait for your food. The nuggets were fried a bit too hard for my liking; nobody wants a nugget with tough meat. On the bright side, the staff are really friendly.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and asked why the lobby is always locked. The employee responded that they had just unlocked it and seemed surprised I was trying to get in. I pointed out that the doors were indeed locked and that this has happened to me multiple times. After spending a lot of time in the car, I was frustrated to hear they were “short-staffed.” I suggested that they simply have the manager do their job and unlock the doors—it literally takes just a couple of seconds. It's quite frustrating!
