However, I observed that the scoop used for the steak was noticeably smaller and made of metal, unlike the plastic ones used for other ingredients. This led me to believe that they may have swapped out the official scoop for a smaller one, resulting in a smaller portion of meat in my dish. Despite my disappointment, the staff refused to provide a refund and I left the food uneaten at the counter. It was by far the worst experience I have had at a Subway restaurant, and it felt like they were purposely trying to shortchange me. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
The staff at the restaurant located on 15th street and 2nd Ave are highly skilled and efficient in their roles.
The staff remains in the back even after ringing the bell. The salad had a ridiculously small amount. This is the worst Subway in the area.
We were driving through Hague decided to stop in at Subway. We experienced the worst customer service ever. The girl working was very unprofessional and rude. While taking our order she walked away from us in the middle of taking it and she walked to the back, when she came back we asked her to change her gloves before she continued making our sub. She instantly got mad and started making rude comments. We didn't finish our order and walked away.
The 2 times I’ve gone the employees are just sitting in the back. I need to call for them in order for them to come out. Otherwise it’s a regular subway.
