Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My kids were crazy and the staff there were super understanding and helpful. They were so kind and gave great service. The food was also really good. I had the southwest salad and the chicken on it was so tender, juicy and flavorful. My husband had apretzel burger and loved it!

Took my family here for dinner and it was a great experience. Great food and great service. Love the bottomless fries also. Kids enjoyed their food too. Waitress was friendly and quick to help us. Visit this store if you're in the area

We have been to this Red Robin location many times and have never had a bad experience. It is consistently good and to me that is a big deal when it comes to restaurants. Today this visit for a late lunch was no exception. The food and the service wereexcellent. Our server was Keisha and she did a wonderful job. This is definitely one of our go to Red Robin locations.

I enjoy and look forward to my trips to the local Hagerstown Red Robin! The burgers are very good. Over time I've had nearly all of the base menu of burgers. I really like the rotation of specialty burgers they come up with as well. My burgers arealways very juicy, come out fresh, and are full of flavor. My personal favorite here is the Banzai Burger. The sweetness of thepineapple and teriyaki sauce coupled with the savoriness of the burger really hits the spot and gets thise taste buds dancing.You can't go wrong with bottomless fries on the side either.

Hostess was nice. I was seated right away. My gourmet burger was decent but not pink enough in the center. Sweet potato fries were good with a nice crispy outside. I wanted a milkshake but they were out of ice cream. Should have been the first thing theytold me when I walked through the door.
