Mcdonald's - Hagerstown

I arrived at 12:15 and was pleasantly surprised to find no line. As soon as I placed my order, my food was served hot and fresh. I decided to try the special where you can get a 10-piece nugget for just $1 with the purchase of another item, and I also ordered a kid's cheeseburger Happy Meal along with a medium sweet tea.

I was appalled when my daughter found a roach mixed in with her fries. It was absolutely disgusting and infuriating, especially since we had already eaten a lot of our food.

I am currently waiting for a door order, and I must say that the atmosphere is quite unprofessional. The staff members seem to be huddling together with children, making it difficult to hear anything in the lobby due to the loud conversations. This behavior from the managers and chefs is rather disappointing.

Space was clean, but much too busy. ordered two coffees and waited 21 min, just to find that my order number behind thirty other orders. they received reimbursement and went elsewhere.

Food was fine. You can't refill your drink yourself and so many homeless coming in and out. Also young children without adults ?.
