Amanda also makes us feel welcome, treating us like family rather than just customers. The food is always served hot and looks and tastes incredible. Plus, their rewards program is perfect for regular visitors. With incentives like free sunflower seeds and $5 off after spending $75, not to mention the goodwill from their BOGO offers, it's a great deal. I highly recommend this place to many people and often bring friends along.

I work as a DoorDash driver to earn some extra money, and during my recent visit to a restaurant, one of the servers kindly offered to buy me a coffee. She anticipated that I wouldn’t have much time to grab drinks or food between orders, which is often the case since time is money for us. Her thoughtfulness was a small but very friendly gesture, and it reminded me that the world needs more people like her. While I didn’t get a meal this time, all the other servers made sure I was looked after, showing nothing but excellent service. I’ve experienced the same fantastic level of service and delicious food every time I’ve dined here in the past. I definitely recommend this place and appreciate how friendly they are to their staff!

I had my eye on the molten lava cake, but it was more than I could handle on my own. Instead, I opted for the Hunka Chunka Peanut Butter Sundae, which was bursting with flavor! It was truly amazing. If they want to eat amazing and stop an amazing server in hagerstown Friendly’s and ask for sadie! she will make her journey there so unforgettable and amazing. they recommended meals and desserts and we were absolutely in love with eating. we had the stroganoff and short ripening meal and my daughter had the children delicate eating. sadie is the most amazing server I've ever had. I have never seen a server so much attention to all their tabs that they had 5 to the time, and have so much fun with all customers. it makes the name of the restaurant a true name, bc friendly is what it is! my daughter is autistic and she interacted with my daughter and made sure her luck had top priority. from her to choose a coloring page and ballon hat to feel like a superstar when they hang their coloring page and get them their straw color. she made us feel more like a family for her than just customers. even the table behind us told her when she left, she is the best server they ever had. she also trained a young lady and was so nice to the trainer and made sure she would introduce her as her right handwife. I'll be back soon! the eating was amazing, but the personal was what made the impression on me, most of them all so amazing and help each other like a real team!!! they keep the personal bc they are amazing! sadie, if they ever see this thank you for my visit so unforgettable. you get it!

I used to work at Friendly's but they have since shut down in my area. My niece's would come for icecream when they were little. We drove 1.5 hours to find this Friendly's for my niece's 16th birthday. It was very nostalgic. The restaurant has a large dining area, very tidy and welcoming. We had a party of 10, our waitress Julie's service was A1 She was very was polite, patient, and accommodating. Nick was great too! Thank you for everything! Happy Holidays
