El Ranchero Mexican - Hagerstown

El Ranchero is a fantastic restaurant! The Mexican food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is exceptional, especially our waiter Miguel. He made our dining experience memorable with his attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

We’ve eaten at this location for the 3 times. Not happy with the service or how the manager handled a mistake with my daughter’s food. She is allergic to meat (we asked for NO meat), but her food was served with it. We’ll continue to go to the El Ranchero on Dual Hwy.

We have been patronizing this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed it until the past couple times we dined there. Yesterday was the final straw. We waited 45 minutes for our food. People who came in after us ate and left. The waitress took our order and returned ONCE to bring some additional chips while we waited. Had to approach the manager who was NOT apologetic at all. He made the excuse that they were waiting on one of the plates and didn't want to serve the table until every order was complete. This was a falsehood. When we finally received our meal, they were ALL cold. The quesadilla was soggy as well which indicated that the waitress forgot to pick up the order and the food just sat there. We will never go back. There are much, much better Mexican cuisine restaurants we can patronize in the area!
