Dunkin' - Hagerstown

Got caught in a surprise snowstorm! They allowed me to hang out in the parking lot with my rental I was just learning to drive. Between the smiles and hot coffee, I stayed warm and felt welcome! Thank you!

Working for a local business we order here often. We always have multiple orders due to multiple payment types and have never had a problem until today. We always tip them well. Today, They refused to take more than one order through the drive through during the snow storm, proceeded to take forever taking the orders once inside while laughing and then messing the order up entirely. I also want to mention that I was the only person there. Both inside and drive through! Let’s just say that this business will now go to Starbucks! Sometimes just being a decent person goes a long way.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I visited on 12/31. I was at that dunking for 40 minutes for three coffees and a random assortment of a dozen donuts. After waiting 40 minutes I was given the wrong coffees and charged the wrong amount. I then had to wait in line until someone came back to the drive thru window. There was only one young lady that was kind. The other employees had an attitude. It was not even busy at the time I went. If I could give negative stars, I would .

Donuts went up to 15 dollars and the cream filling was crisco and not alot in the doughnut no personality from clerk not even a thank u for buying overpriced doughnutsParking: Hard place to get into and handicapped is not easy because there angle position is against the way u come in

Staff is always friendly and orders are correct and ready quickly! Great place to stop on the way to work.
